在流化床中,粒子和炉气发生剧烈的紊流运动,加快了炉内传热和传质过程。流动粒子炉的加热速度快,且可缩短渗碳周期(与渗碳炉相比)30%。本文介绍了这种炉子的设计要点和效果。
In fluid bed, both particles and carrier gas occur violent turbulence so that the heat transfer and mass transfer in the furnace are speeded. Fluid bed furnaces not only have high heating velocity but also the carburizing period can be 30% shortened than that in traditional furnaces. This paper introduces some design essentials and effects of those furnaces.
