摘要
以桥式起重机为研究对象,将物联网技术运用于起重机械动态运行数据的采集和传输,并通过分析运行数据掌握设备运行状态,预判设备运行安全隐患,构建了基于物联网和数据挖掘的桥式起重机运行状态预警系统。整个预警系统包括数据收集子系统和数据分析挖掘子系统:数据收集子系统用以采集、传输和存储起重机械的运行数据,包括起吊质量、平稳移动质量、卸载质量以及运行时间等参数;数据分析挖掘子系统用以数据分析和挖掘,获取设备操作规范、运行状态、突发故障或事故等重要信息。
Taking a bridge crane as the research objective, the operation warning system was constructed based on internet of things and data mining. The intemet of things was applied to the collection and transmission of operative data of the crane, and the operative data was analyzed to obtain the operation status of the crane, so as to judge the hidden danger of the crane. The warning system included data acquisition subsystem as well as data analysis and mining subsystem. The former was used for collection, transmission and storage of the operating data of the crane, such as lifting weight, stably moving weight, unloading weight, operation duration etc., and the latter was used to analyze and mine the operative data, so as to obtain the operation specification, operation status, sudden failure or accident etc.
