摘要
目的通过回顾我院近几年阴道分娩时会阴Ⅲ度裂伤的病例,探讨其发生的原因及防治措施,减少由此引发的医患纠纷。方法 2000年-2011年我院共分娩6154例,发现会阴Ⅲ度裂伤6例,发生率为0.097%,分析会阴裂伤的原因。结果原因主要为会阴切口过小,产程过快,接产方法欠妥当,巨大儿等。结论正确观察产程,适时、准确会阴侧切,避免出头过快,提高产科医师及助产士的理论及操作技术水平,可有效避免会阴Ⅲ度裂伤。
Objective To review our Hospital in recent years, vaginal delivery perineal laceration cases III degree, to explore the reasons for its occurrence and prevention measures to reduce the consequent patient disputes. Methods From 2000 to 2011 in our hospital, maternity 6,154 cases found III degree perineal laceration six cases, the incidence of 0.097%, analysis of perineal laceration. Results The main reason is too small perineal incision birth process too quickly, confinements methods irregularities, great children. Conclusion observe the birth process correctly, timely, accurate episiotomy avoid succeed too fast, to strengthen the theory and operation of technical level of obstetricians and midwives, before to avoid perineal Ⅲdegree laceration.
