梅毒螺旋体分子流行病学研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 梅毒是由苍白螺旋体（treponema pallidum ，TP）引起的慢性传染病，主要通过性交传染。近年来，世界各地梅毒发病率呈上升趋势，我国梅毒发患者数也快速增长，据报道，2010年全国报告梅毒病例358534例，2010年发病率26．86／10万，比2009年增加17．02％，居全国乙类传染病的第3位。
