摘要
目的:检测rAtrn对基础状态和hCG刺激下体外培养大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞睾酮分泌的影响,进一步阐明Atrn在生殖内分泌中的作用。方法:分别用0、500、1000、2000、4000、8000ng/mlrAtrn对基础状态和10ng/mlhCG刺激下的原代培养大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞进行干预,分别于干预24h、48h收集培养液检测睾酮含量。结果:基础状态和hCG刺激下,不同浓度rAtrn干预24h、48h后,大鼠Leydig细胞睾酮产量无显著性差异。结论:重组分泌型Atrn在0~8000ng/ml剂量范围内,均不能显著影响体外培养大鼠Leydig细胞生成睾酮的能力。
Objectives: To evaluate the effects of rAtrn on basal and hCG-induced testosterone production in primary rat Leydig cell cultures. Methods: Rat primary cultured Leydig cells were cultured with rAtrn (0 8000ng/ml) in the presence or absence of hCG(10ng/ml). The direct effect of Atrn on testosterone pro- duction in Leydig cells was assessed after 24h or 48 h. Results: No significant difference in basal or hCG-in- duced testosterone production was observed among groups. Conclusion: rAtrn (0 ~ 8000ng/ml) did not in- fluence the basal and hCG-induced testosterone production in rat Leydig cells.
