一种新型箭型止回阀的结构设计与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 箭型止回阀是钻井中必备的内防喷工具之一,但目前国内的箭型止回阀使用寿命普遍较低,失效事故频频发生,使井控安全受到严重的威胁。为提高箭型止回阀的使用寿命和安全性,设计了一种新型箭型止回阀,并应用计算流体力学CFD软件进行分析表明,密封箭台肩侧面、台肩上部10 mm内及密封槽是易冲刷的关键部位,需进行特殊材料处理;密封箭下部易堆积固相颗粒,需对弹簧进行保护。现场试验表明,新型箭型止回阀所有内部构件拆装简单,便于维修,抗冲刷性能强,密封可靠,使用寿命普遍在400 h左右,性能达到国外产品指标。 Arrow clappet valve is one of necessity inner blowout preventer in drilling,at present,working life of domestic arrow clappet valve is generally lower,and some failure accidents are often happened,and the safety of well control is severe challenged. In order to improve the working life and reliability of arrow clappet valve,a new arrow clappet valve was designed. Analysis results by using CFD software demonstrated that some key parts which was easy erosion were seal arrow shoulder side face and seal slot and position was less than 10mm to shoulder top,solid phase particles were accumulated in the bottom of arrow clappet,so spring should be protected. Field tests showed that all inner component parts in new arrow clappet valve were easy to disassemble,assemble and repair,its leakproofness was reliable,and working life was about 400 hours,and performances reach the index of same products in aborad.
