摘要
使用添加和未添加成核剂的聚丙烯(PP)树脂挤出流延制备流延薄膜,并采用气刀对薄膜进行冷却。研究了空气冷却条件和成核剂对薄膜结晶形态、光学和力学性能的影响。使用广角X射线衍射技术(WAXD)对薄膜的结晶形态和结晶度进行研究,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对PP流延薄膜的热性能进行研究,同时还考察了薄膜的光学和力学性能。发现空气冷却对于未添加成核剂的薄膜有着很大的影响。当提高气刀风量时,薄膜的结晶度、杨氏模量和屈服应力显著升高,光学性能却有很大程度的下降。然而含有成核剂的薄膜主要受到成核剂的作用,空气冷却对其影响较小。
Different polypropylene (PP) resins with and without nucleating agent were extruded to cast films, An air knife was used to supply air to the film surface in order to cool the films, The effects of air cooling conditions and nucleating agent on the crystalline morphology, optical and mechanical properties of the films were studied, The crystalline morphology and crystallinity of PP cast films were measured by wide angle X -ray diffraction (W AXD) and the thermal behavior was measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), Optical and mechanical properties of the cast films were also evaluated, It was found that air cooling observably affect properties of films without nucleating agent. Significant increase of crystallinity, Young modulus, yield stress and drastic decreases of optical properties were observed as the volume of the cooling air was enhanced, whereas the cast films containing nucleating agent was affected mostly by the agent instead of the air cooling condition,
