摘要
针对直缝钢管焊接过程焊缝表面凹陷或突起面积实时监测问题,设计了一套基于线结构光的嵌入式机器视觉系统.提出了焊缝结构光条中心线快速提取算法和焊缝突起或凹陷面积计算方法,实现了焊缝表面突起或凹陷面积的精确测量.实验结果表明:该检测系统具有测量精度高、处理速度快、非接触测量等特点,能够满足焊缝表面质量实时监测的要求.
In order to solve the real-time monitoring problems of weld surface depressions or protrusion, an embedded system based on structured light machine vision systems is designed. The author proposed a fast and precise method for embedded platforms to calculate weld protrusions or depressions area. The experiment result demonstrates that the detection system has the characteristic of high accuracy, fast processing speed and non-contact measurement, etc. It can meet the requirement of the seam tracking system.
