摘要
目的促进药物调剂业务在临床药学研究领域的地位提升与发展。方法结合临床药学实践,以药物调剂对临床合理用药的作用为目标进行探究。在研究中以当代药物和疾病的系统知识和理论为基础,并结合药物调剂过程中参与临床诊治的合理用药实际案例的方法,指导患者合理使用药物提高临床用药的医疗质量,患者及家属对药师的合理用药指导服务给予了充分肯定,体现了药师在合理用药中的重要作用。结果与结论医院的临床药物调剂工作是一个在合理用药中发挥药师作用,医院药学部门直接参与合理用药有效的、最基础的重要平台。在临床药学研究与实践中重视药物调剂工作,对于提高医疗机构合理用药水平具有积极的现实意义。
Objective To promote the drug compounding in the field of clinical pharmacy research and development. Methods To in- vestigate the efficacy of drug compounding in clinical rational drug use combined with the clinical pharmacy practice. In the study, on the basis of the system of knowledge and theory of contemporary medicine and disease combined with the actual case of rational use of drugs in clinical diagnosis and treatment of drug dispensing process,To indicate the clinical rational medication on patients to improve the medical quality of clinical application,. The patients and their families satisfied with the pharmacist guidance services for the ratio- nal use of drugs, which reflect the important role of pharmacists in the rational use of drugs. Results and Conclusion The clinical drug compounding in hospital is the most effective and basic for hospital pharmacy departments directly involved in rational drug use, which play the role of pharmacist in rational drug use. Pay attention to drug compounding in the research and practice of clinical phar- macy has positive and practical significance for improving the level of rational use of drugs in medical institutions.
