With the development of new generation information technologies,world-wide countries are promoting new technologies and industrial revolution.The internet of things,internet of services and cyber physical system are coming into manufacture.The background,vision and main features are fully introduced for industry 4.0.The system architecture of smart factory of industry 4.0 as core part is described in detail.The vision of updating domestic automation is expatiated with referring industry 4.0 concept,solutions and route map creatively.
