摘要
中国传统医学中的"泄泻"一词,随着历史语言的发展,以及人们认识过程的不断深入,有多种称谓方式。在近现代医学标准确立以前,各种不同的名称广泛存在于中国古代医书之中,命名体系的来源也各不相同,通过对古代医学文献的梳理,可以厘清"泄泻"一词在不同历史时期的表达特点,以及前人对这一疾病认识的发展脉络与其走向。以"泄泻"为例,反映出疾病的概念史研究,是疾病史研究的重要组成部分,具有重要的意义。
With the development of language and improvement of cognition, ＂diarrhea＂ in Chinese ancient medical literature has a variety of forms in expression. Before the establishment of modern medical criteria, different appellations exist widely in Chinese medicine literature. Furthermore, the origin of appellation system is very dissimilar. The article is intended to clear up the characteristic of the noun on ＂diarrhea＂ in the aspect of language application in different historical period by digging into Chinese ancient medical literature. ＂Diarrhea＂ is a good example. It can reflect that the research on the history of disease＇s conception is an important part of the research on the disease history. It has a great significance for the researchers of Chinese ancient medical history.
