摘要
目的 分析我院抗菌药物的使用情况,指导临床合理用药.方法 回顾分析我院2011年度360份住院病历抗菌药物的使用情况,并依据文献及相关标准进行分析.结果 360份病历中,273例使用了抗菌药物,使用率为75.83％.围手术期预防用药比率为100％,预防用药时机合理仅22例.病原学检测率为22.14％,抗菌药物使用频率较高的是：氨曲南、奥硝唑、头孢西丁.结论 抗菌药物使用中存在的主要问题是无指征用药、围手术期预防用药不规范、病原学送检率低等.应对抗菌药物的合理使用加强管理.
Objective To investigate the application of antibacterials in our hospital and advocate to use antibacterialss rationally. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the application of antibacterials in 360 hospital records in our hospital in 2011. The evaluation was made based on the ralated literatures and criteria. Results Of the 360 subjects,273（75.83% ）used antibaeterials. The rate of prophylactic antibacterials in perioperative period was 100%. The proper timing of prophylactic antibaeterials before surgery （30 rain -2 h before surgery） was only seen in 22 cases. The rate of pathogenic detection was 22.14%. The most frequently used antibacterials are aztreonam, ornidazole and cefoxitin. Conclusion The main problems with the clinical application of antibacterials is use of antibacterials without clinical indication, irrational prophylactic medication in perioperative period and low pathogenic detection rate, etc. Emphasis should be placed on proper clinical application of antibacterials.
