摘要
以浸酸黄牛皮为原料皮,对新型无铬鞣剂TWS的鞣法进行了应用研究。结果表明:TWS具有较好的鞣制性能。其较佳的鞣制条件为:酸皮去酸后(或鞣制初始)的pH值为6.0~7.0,鞣剂的用量为5%(150%酸皮质量计),在常温下鞣制5h,然后提碱至pH值为7.0—8.0,补热水至200%,温度保持在35~40℃转动5h。鞣制后革的收缩温度86℃左右,粒面平细,手感良好。基于无铬鞣剂TWS的鞣制性能及鞣法,通过调节工艺平衡,软化后的裸皮可直接进行鞣制。
Pickled cattle hide was used as raw materials and the application of the novel chrome - free agent TWS was studied in this thesis. Results show that TWS exhibits good tanning properties. The optimal tanning conditions are as follows: the pH val- ue of pickled hide is adjusted to 6.0 -7.0, the consumption of TWS is 5% (based on 150% times of the weight of pickle) and the pelt is directly tanned for 5h at room temperature, then the pH value of the float is adjusted to 7.0 -8.0, added 100% hot water to raise the temperature to 35 - 40℃ and the leather is tanned for 5h. The shrinkage temperature of the leather tanned by TWS can achieve 86% or so, and the leather has fine grain and good touch. Based on the performance of the chrome -free tanning agent TWS and its tannage, the bated pelt could be directly tanned by adjusting the balance of formulation.
