摘要
牙轮钻头牙齿的冠部形状是影响破岩效率的关键因素之一 ,因此 ,建立科学的牙齿形状评价方法对于提高钻头设计质量具有重要的现实意义。提出了通过衡量单个牙齿在垂直压入岩石实验中的破岩比效 ,对不同形状牙齿在不同性质岩石上的压入破岩效率进行定量评价的系统方法和准则 ,并针对国内在钻头牙齿形状研究方面存在的欠缺 ,对与牙齿形状评价技术以及牙齿优选相关的若干问题进行了探讨。
One of the key factors to affect the penetration effect of insert to rock is the crown shape of the insert. So it is necessary to develop a scientific method to evaluate the different shapes of inserts. Aiming at the disadvantage of existing research on insert, a set of methods and guidelines to evaluate the penetration effect of different inserts to different rocks are put forward by judging crater volume per unit penetrating energy in insert indenting test. Some problems related to insert evaluation and optimization are also studied into.
