摘要
研究了表面活性剂和少量水在干洗剂中的去污作用和机理。以毛料服装为实验主体 ,模仿沾染天然污垢 ,模拟国产干洗机的洗涤过程 ,对二十余种常用的表面活性剂进行了配比与筛选 ,采用系统实验与测试方法 ,获得混合干洗剂的最佳配方。试验证明 :纯毛织物洗涤过程中 ,在干洗剂中加入油溶性表面活性剂和少量水制成混合干洗剂之后 ,不仅能有效防止污垢再沉淀 ,同时也有助于水溶性污垢的去除 。
To raise washing quality of dry cleaning agent,adding proper surfactant and a little of water in commercial dry cleaning agent is an important method in order to improve cleaning rate.This paper discusses the principle of detergency and effects of surfactant and water in the dry cleaning agent.Wool fabric with simulatc nature filth is washed in normal way to find the best composition in more than 20 kinds of surfactant.The experiment proves that adding suitable oil soluble surfactant and a little water not only prevents from the re sediment,but also is helpful to remove water soluble filth.It's quite clear to increase the cfficiency of removing lilth in this way
