摘要
女性盆底功能障碍性疾病是中老年女性的常见病,临床表现主要为压力性尿失禁、盆腔脏器脱垂等。其治疗分为非手术治疗和手术治疗。近年来,随着聚丙烯补片的研制和应用,盆底修补及重建手术有了很大进展。盆底康复治疗等非手术治疗方法也非常有效,具有很好的发展前景。本文就女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床治疗现状做简要综述。
Female pelvic floor dysfunction disease is one of the ordinary diseases in aged women.The clinical manifestation of pelvic floor dysfunction is： pelvic organ prolapse（POP）, stress urinary incontinence（SUI）, and etc.Treatments consist of non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment .In recent years, along with the development and application of polypropylene netting, operation methods have been great development,such as pelvic floor repair and pelvic floor reconstruction .Non-surgical treatment, such as pelvic floor rehabilitation is also effective .Pelvic floor rehabilitation has good development prospect.In this paper,the current situation of clinical treatment for female pelvic floor dysfunction disease is reviewed.
