摘要
目的为了提高武警部队参加医疗救援的应急能力、适应能力和保障能力，根据武警部队医疗救援队目前的现状进行分析和总结，进行模块化编组研究。方法针对武警部队国家级救援队模块化编组的基本思想、步骤和设计方案进行研究，并在救援实战中组合为不同的抽组模式加以利用。结果武警部队国家级救援队通过进行模块化编配，现已形成了机动性能强、集成化程度高、医疗救治范围广的医疗救援保障体系。结论模块化编组极大地提升了救援队的应急能力、适应能力和保障能力。
Objective To improve CAPF＇ s emergency response capability, its adaptability in medical rescue mission. Methods A study was performed on the modularity allocation for its functionalities, procedures, and design plans at national medical rescue team, and adopted combination of different extraction group of modes. Results The modularity allocation allowed CAPF national medical rescue team to become a medical rescue security system which carries out features of being motorizing, high integrative, and covering a wider range. Conclusion Modular organization is considered being effective in enhancing emergency response and adaptability.
