摘要
有关外汇储备问题是近几年国际金融领域重大研究课题之一， 在对中国外汇储备变动状况、变动原因及适度性问题研究基础上， 对外汇储备管理工作提出了几点政策性建议；
The question of Foreign Exchange Reserves(FER) is one of the important research projects in international finance field. On the basis of research about varying situation, varying reason and moderation of Chinese FER, I present some suggestions on how to manage Chinese FER.
