摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定知柏地黄丸中盐酸小檗碱和丹皮酚的含量。方法 :以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ;甲醇 水 磷酸 ( 5 0∶5 0∶0 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 63nm ,外标法定量。结果 :平均加样回收率分别为 :盐酸小檗碱 98.8%(RSD =0 .5 7% ) ;丹皮酚 99.2 % (RSD =0 .62 % )。结论 :方法简便、准确 ,适合于该产品质量检验分析。
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and paeonol in Zhibai Dihuang Wan .METHODS:Column,YMC pack ODS C 18 (150 mm× 6.0 mm,10 μm);mobile phase,methanol water phosphoric acid (50∶50∶ 0.5 );detection wavelength was 263 nm,external standard method.RESULTS:The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride and paeonol was 98.8% ( RSD = 0.57% ) and 99.2% ( RSD = 0.62% ),respectivery.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quantitative analysis of Zhibai Dihuang Wan .
