高效液相色谱法测定苦参栓的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立苦参栓的含量测定方法。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以0.2%磷酸-三乙胺-乙腈(98:0.2:2)为流动相;检测波长为210nm。结果:苦参碱在0.02~0.49μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;氧化苦参碱在0.16~1.64μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;苦参碱平均回收率为98.59%,RSD为1.6%<2.0%,氧化苦参碱平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.5%<2.0%。表明精密度良好,重复性高,专属性好。结论:此方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于苦参栓的质量控制。 Objective:To establish Kushenshuan content determination method. Method: Use octadecyl silane bonded silica as filler; use 0.2% phosphoric acid - triethylamine - acetonitrile (98,0.2,2) as mobile phase and detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results:Quality of matrine was range from 0.02 -0. d9~g, and had a good linear relationship between peak area; Oxidation of matrine quality within the scope of 0.16 to 1.64t^g, and had a good linear relationship with the peak area ; Matrine the average recovery was 98.59%, RSD 1.6% 〈2.0% ; oxidation matrine the average recovery was 99.17%, RSD 1.5% 〈2.0% ,with good precision, re- peatability and high specificity. Conclusion:This method is reliable and accurate.
