摘要
为提高高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,以LD10铝合金为研究对象,将粉煤灰、粉煤灰+SiO2作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用TIG方式进行焊接。研究了粉煤灰、粉煤灰+SiO2作为活性剂对焊缝深宽比、微观组织和接头显微硬度的影响。结果表明:活性剂的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大,添加粉煤灰、粉煤灰+SiO2活性剂焊件的焊缝硬度和焊接热影响区的硬度均高于常规焊接件。
In order to increase the TIG welding efficiency of high strength aluminum alloy, activating flux of fly ash, fly ash and SiO2 was utilized to coat on the surface of LD10 aluminum alloy. The effect of activating flux on the depth-to-width ratio, microstructure and microhardness of joint was studied. The experimental results show that the coating of activating flux of fly ash, fly nsh and SiO2 can increase the width and depth of weld, and the hardness of welding bead and HAZ are higher than that withhout coating activating fiux.
