摘要
对低温焊接Q345D钢结构进行了不同工艺下的焊后处理,并进行了抗冲击性能、抗拉伸性能、抗弯性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,分级焊后处理较常规焊后处理更有利于提高低温焊接钢结构的抗冲击性能、抗拉伸性能、抗弯性能和耐腐蚀性能,焊缝部位的冲击吸收功增大110.87%、熔合线部位冲击吸收功增大203.85%、热影响区部位冲击吸收功增大4.08%、240 h中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率从14.4%下降至4.3%。
The low temperature welded Q345D structure steel was gotten under different postweld treatment, and the impact resistance, tensile resistance, bending resistance and corrosion resistance were tested. The results show that compared with normal postweld treatment, stage postweld treatment is activity beneficial for improving significantly ,which can enhance the impact resistance, tensile resistance, bending resistance and corrosion resistance of low temperature welded structure steel, and the impact absorbing energy in the area of welding line increases by 110.87%. The impact absorbing energy in the area of weld junction increases by 203.85%.The impact absorbing energy in the area of heat affected zone increases by 4.08%, moreover. The mass loss rate after neutral salt spray corrosioning for 240 h decreases from 14.4% into 4.3%.
