摘要
散剂是中成药的基本剂型之一,也是固体制剂制备的基础,研究中药散剂的制法具有重要意义。本文初步总结了散剂制备应遵循的基本原则,阐释了各种制法的特点,介绍了散剂制备的新技术与新形式,同时,结合自身经验与体会,对现代散剂生产与科研中存在的问题进行了讨论,以期提升散剂的制造水平,促进中药传统剂型的传承与发展。
The Chinese herbal powder is one of the basic formulation of traditional Chinese medicine patent prescriptions, is also the basis of solid dosage forms preparation. It＇s important to research the preparation methods of the Chinese herbal powder. In this paper, the basic principle has been summarized, the characters of all methods have been explained, some new preparation methods and styles have been introduced. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the manufacturing level of Chinese herbal powder and promote the heritage and development of traditional Chinese formulations, the authors discussed the problems in the production and research of modem powders combining with their own experience and understanding.
