摘要
财产性收入是衡量一国国民富裕程度的关键指标,但我国城镇居民财产性收入占可支配收入的比重很低,不符合科学发展的客观要求。在通胀的巨大压力下,城镇居民为实现资产的保值增值,也迫切需要更多的投资渠道。中部六省对促进东西部融合,推动区域经济发展起到了不可替代的作用,因此分析中部六省城镇居民财产性收入的投资环境的影响有非常重要的现实意义。通过建立面板数据模型就2002-2011年中部六省的投资环境对城镇居民财产性收入的影响进行分析,实证表明,不同的投资环境对不同省份的影响效果存在显著差异。
Property income is an key indicator to measue the level of national prosperity of a country, which is very low in proportion to the Chinese urban residents' property income. It does not conform to the objective requirement of scientific development. At the same time, under the huge pressure of inflation, there is an urgent need for urban residents to need more investment channels in order to maintain or increase the value of their property. Because the central six provinces plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the east - west fusion and regional economic development, impact analysis of the central six provinces investment environment on urban residents' property income has very important practical significance. Through the establishment of panel data model, impact analysis of the central six provinces' investment environment on urban residents'property income, during the time of 2002 -2011 was set about. The empirical results show that, different investment environment exert significant differences effect on different area.
