硼酚醛/丙烯酸树脂共混物的燃烧性能

摘要 用溶液共混法制备了硼酚醛/丙烯酸树脂共混物,用锥形量热仪(CONE)研究了共混物的燃烧性能。结果表明:硼酚醛能全面改进丙烯酸树脂的燃烧性能。在实验条件下,共混物与丙烯酸树脂相比,点燃时间延长209s,峰值热释放速率降低到25%,6min内的平均热释放速率降低到18%,总释放热明显减少;共混物烟释放量减少到15%,平均产烟速率降低到1.6%,6min释放CO的平均浓度减少到60%。 The Boron Phenolic-Acrylic Resin blend was made by the method of solution blending, and the combustion perform- ance of blend was studied by the cone calorimeter (CONE). The results show that the Boron Phenolic can fully improve the combustion properties of Acrylic Resin. Compared with the A- crylic Resin, the blend tends to be better under the experimen- tal conditions. The ignition time extends 209 s. The peak heat release rate is reduced to 250.%. The average heat release rate is reduced to 18% within 6 minutes, and the total heat release is also significantly reduced. The smoke emission of blend is re- duced to 15%. The average production rate of smoke is reduced to 1.6%. The average concentration of released CO is reduced to 60% within 6 minutes.
