摘要
颈椎扳法常用于颈椎病及颈椎小关节紊乱的整复,但扳法的操作得当与否直接关系到扳法的疗效,如果手法运用不当,则会遗患患者。本文对传统颈椎扳法及一些改良扳法做一概述,同时结合近年来的相关研究与扳法的意外事件,探讨今后颈椎扳法的临床运用与研究。
Cervical rotatory manipulation is commonly applied in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and cervical vertebrae articular disturbance. But whether the cervical rotatory manipulation is operated properly or not is directly related to the efficacy. The improper operation of the manipulation will even hurt the patients. This article summarizes traditional cervical rotatory manipulation and some other cervical rotatory manipulation. Meanwhile based on the re- search and some injury reports of cervical rotatory manipulation in recent years, the clinical application and the further research of cervical rotatory manipulation also discussed.
