模糊多目标决策在散货码头中的应用与研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了实现港口的绿色、节能、减排,应用模糊多目标决策方法对散货码头工艺流程和设备配置进行综合评判。通过层次分析法对散货码头中的关键决策因素进行权重分析,建立基于模糊多目标决策的综合评判数学模型,以便得到散货码头工艺流程和设备配置或更新的最佳方案。结果表明,模糊多目标决策模型能很好地解决散货码头工艺流程的优化问题,使其优化配置技术由过去的以判断经验为主的定性分析转为定性与定量分析相结合的评判机制。模糊多目标决策模型在散货码头中的应用与研究,有利于散货码头物料搬运系统工艺流程和配置节能减排的实现,符合国家"绿色环保、节能减排"的方针。 To realize environmental, energy-saving, and emission-reducing wharf, the fuzzy multi-objective decision method is adopted for comprehensive evaluation for technological process and equipment configuration of the bulk wharf. Weight analysis is performed for critical decisions at the bulk wharf by analytic hierarchy process, with the comprehensive evaluation mathematical model built based on the fuzzy nmlti-objective decision, in order to get the technological process and equipment configuration or new optimal scheme. The result shows that fuzzy multi-objective decision model can better solve the optimize the technological process of the bulk wharf, to make the optimal configuration technology change from ex- perience-based qualitative analysis to the evaluation mechanism combining qualitative with quantitative analysis. Applica- tion of fuzzy multi-objective decision in the bulk wharf and research on it facilitates to realize energy conservation and emis- sion reduction in the process and configuration of material handling system at the bulk wharf, consistent with the national policy of "environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction" .
