摘要
网状Meta分析是传统Meta分析的扩展,可以实现同时对三个或者三个以上的干预措施的疗效进行比较。本文介绍了网状Meta分析的定义、基本假设、统计分析及软件、撰写和报告,以期吸引更多研究者关注,进而促进网状Meta分析方法的发展。
Network Meta-analysis（NMA） is an extension of the traditional Meta-analysis, and it is used to assess the clinical effec- tiveness of three or more than three interventions. This study aims to summarize the definition, basic assumptions, statistical analysis and software, writing and reporting on using NMA, in order to attract more attention of researchers and promote the methodological develop- ment of NMA.
