摘要
目的建立杠板归中槲皮素和山柰素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱:KromasilC18(5μm,250×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(60:40);检测波长:360nm,柱温:30℃。结果槲皮素和山柰素的回收率分别为99.6%、100.8%;线性范围分别为0.1589-3.178μg、0.00699—0.2796μg。结论结果准确,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Polygonum perfoliatum L.Methods HPLC was used to quantitative analysis. The Kromasil C18 column(5pm,250×4.6mm) was used,and mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.4%H3PO4/Water ( 60:40 ) . Detection wavelength was at 360 nm at 30℃. Results The quercetin and kaempferol's average recovery were 99.6% and 100.8%,respectively. Linear range of methods was 0.158 9-3.178μg and 0.006 99-0.279 6μg, respectively.Conclusion The result is accurate and the control of Polygonum perfoliatum L. reproducibility is good. The method can be used for quality
