摘要
目的探讨集体护理干预对围绝经期妇女心理健康及社会支持状况的影响效果。方法将2011年4—10月在我院围绝经期门诊就诊的283名患者,随机分为集体护理干预组143名(实验组)和对照组140名。实验组在接受一般健康教育的基础上给予集体护理干预,对照组仅接受一般的健康教育。两组在干预前后分别进行更年期指数、抑郁自评量表(SAS)分值、症状自评量表(SCL-90)总均分及社会支持量表的测量。结果集体护理干预后,实验组更年期指数明显低于对照组。SCL-90量表总评分,实验组(114.76±32.14)分明显低于对照组(131.14±36.43)分,两组比较具有统计学意义(U=4.0078,P<0.01)。两组40～54岁研究对象SAS量表评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),而55岁以上研究对象无统计学意义(P>0.05)。社会支持量表评分显示,干预后实验组(37.11±7.2)分明显高于对照组(34.5±6.1)分,二者比较有统计学意义(U=3.3038,P<0.01)。结论集体护理干预对围绝经期妇女的心理功能恢复、疏泄负性情绪具有积极意义。社会支持可以增强围绝经期妇女对生活的期望和提高自尊感受,从而使生活质量更好。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on perioperative collective mental health and social supporting status of perimenopausal women effect. METHODS From 2011 April to October, 283 patients with perimenopausal outpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into groups, in 143 nursing intervention group（experimental group）, 140 patients in the control group. The experimental group received nursing intervention group in the acceptance is based on general health education, the patients in control group received health education in general. The two group were menopausal index, before and after intervention in the serf- rating Depression Scale（SAS）score, symptom checklist（SCL-90） points total score and measurement of social support. RESULTS The collective of nursing intervention, the experimental group menopausal index was significantly lower than the control group. The SCL-90 scale score, the experimental group（l14.76±32.14 points） were lower than that of control group（131.14 ±36.43 points）, the two groups was statistically significant（U=4.0078, P〈O.01）. Two groups of 40 to 54 years the research object SAS score difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and research objects over 55 had no statistical significanee（P〉O.05）. Social support scale display, intervention group was（37.11±7.2）were significantly higher than control group（34.5±6.1）%, two difference was statistically significant（U=3.3038, P〈 0.01）. CONCLUSIONS There are positive significances in group nursing intervention, psychological function recovery of perimenopausal women＇s negative emotion. Social support Can improve perimenopausal women＇s expectations of life and improve the sense of self esteem to imorove the quality of life.
