摘要
目的:系统评价比索洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索 Cochrance 图书馆(2012年第1期)、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Springer Link 等中外生物医学数据库,纳入比索洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的随机对照试验,检索日期截止到2012年3月31日。按照Cochrance系统评价方法,评价纳入研究的文献质量,并提取有效数据后采用 RevMan 5.1软件对2组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率、左室射血分数以及不良反应发生率等指标进行 Meta分析。结果共纳入15个随机对照试验。Meta 分析结果表明,2组患者分别在治疗第8周、第12周、第14周、第16周、第20~22周、第24周、第30周后收缩压、舒张压、心率、左室射血分数的变化水平以及不良反应发生率均无差异。结论目前的证据表明,比索洛尔具有与卡维地洛相似的治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。
Obj ective To systematically evaluate the effect and safety of treating chronic heart failure using bisoprolol and carvedilol. Methods Randomized controlled trials that treat chronic heart failure using bisoprolol and carvedilol were searched with a retrieval end date of March 2012.By using Cochrane Library (Issue 1 2012),CNKI.net,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese Science and Technology journals database,Wanfang Database,PubMed,Springer Link and other domestic and foreign biomedical databases.By using Cochrane system evaluation methods,the quality of literature included in those researches were evaluated.Val-id data was extracted and analyzed using RevMan 5 .1 software.Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,left ventricular ej ection fraction and adverse reaction rate indicators of two groups of patients were analyzed using Meta-analysis.Re-sults A total of 1 5 randomized controlled trials had been conducted.Meta-analysis of the results showed that two groups of pa-tients,respectively,in the treatment of 8 weeks,12 weeks,14 weeks,16 weeks,20-22 weeks,24 weeks and 30 weeks had shown virtually no difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,left ventricular ej ection fraction and the adverse reaction rate difference.Conclusion As presented by available evidence,bisoprolol has similar effect and safety for trea-ting chronic heart failure compared to carvedilol.
