摘要
以甲醇回流法提取芹菜籽黄酮,测定提取物中总黄酮含量,并以VC作为对照,分别采用DPPH法、Fenton体系法和FRAP法测定芹菜籽总黄酮提取物对DPPH·的抑制率、羟自由基(·OH)的清除率和总抗氧化能力。结果表明,在测定的浓度范围内,芹菜籽黄酮能有效抑制DPPH·和羟自由基(·OH)的生成,其黄酮提取物浓度与自由基清除效果呈现一定的量效关系,并且随着提取物中黄酮浓度的增加,其总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)也逐渐加强。说明芹菜籽黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性。
The flavonoid in celery seeds were extracted by the method of methanol reflux and the total flavonoid in extraction were determined with Vc as control group. The inhibition ratio to DPPH, hydroxy free radical (. OH) clearance and total antioxidant ability of total flavonoid in extraction were determined by the methods of DPPH, Fenton and FRAP .The results showed that, in the determination of the concentration range, flavonoids in the Celery seeds could inhibit generation of DPPH · and ·OH, the flavonoids and inhibiton took on positive relativity, and with the extract of flavonoid concentration increased, the total antioxidant capacity also gradually strengthen. It was proved that celery seed flavonoids had strong antioxidant activity.
