摘要
目的:建立颠胃酸口服液中枸橼酸含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil—C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸二氢铵-磷酸缓冲液(pH3.0),检测波长210nm,进样量20μL,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果:枸橼酸在5.0~150.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,线性方程Y=0.5913X+0.5236(r=0.9997),加样回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.35%(n=9)。结论:本文所建立的方法便捷、重现性好,适用于颠胃酸口服液中枸橼酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the quantitative determination method of citrate in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid. Methods: An HPLC method with C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase was ammonium dihydrogen phosphate buffer acetonitrile (pH 3.0). The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The injection volume was 20 μL. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results: Citrate curve was linear within a range of 5.0 - 150.0 μg/mL. Linear equation was Y=0.5913X+0. 5236 ( r = 0. 9997). The average recovery was 98.0% with RSD of 1.35% ( n = 9). Conclusions: This method is simple and reproducible. It could be further used to investigate the determination of citratel in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid.
