摘要
以大洪山地区野生蛹虫草(Corddcps militaris Link.)为母本筛选优良菌种。结果表明,菌种D1、D3、D4平板培养性能较佳,菌丝致密健壮、气生菌丝少、匍匐状、转色快,转色深;菌种D1栽培产量最高达17.8 g/瓶,草体形态典型。菌种D1可作为大洪山本地优良菌种之一进行驯化。
The experiment was carried out to screen excellent strains from wild Cordyceps militaris Link. in Dahongshan re- gion. Results showed that the strain D1, D3 and D4 had good characteristics in the plate cultivation, compact and robust hyphae, procumbent, little aerial hyphae, color turned fast and dark. The yield of strain D1 was up to 17.8 g per bottle with typical grass performance and regarded as one of the excellent strains.
