多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗的中西医结合研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)作为影响育龄期女性生殖、内分泌功能的常见疾病,临床症状以慢性无排卵、卵巢多囊样改变、高雄激素血症为主,其发生、发展与胰岛素抵抗有关,本研究就PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗的分子机制、中西结合治疗方面,进行综述。
