摘要
文章从系统架构、读者覆盖率、服务主动性、服务多样性、读者交互性、建设维护成本、日常服务成本等方面对我国移动图书馆五种主要服务模式,包括短信、彩信、网站、App客户端和微信进行比较研究,发现各有优点和缺点。移动图书馆建设需要根据不同服务内容选择运用,取长补短,相辅相成,才能为读者提供更好的服务。
This paper makes a comparative study of the five major service modes, which include SMS, MMS, Web, App Client and WeChat, of Chinese mobile library from the system architecture, reader coverage, service initiative, service diversity, reader interactivity, construction costs, service costs and so on. It turns out that each model has its own advantages and disadvantages. Mobile library should choose the modes selectively for different services, so as to provide better services for its patrons.
