捆扎带治疗髋关节置换后股骨假体周围骨折12例 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨捆扎带治疗髋关节置换后Vancouver B1、B2型股骨假体周围骨折的疗效。方法:对12例髋关节置换后Vancouver B1、B2型、骨折线为斜形或螺旋的股骨假体周围骨折行手术治疗,B1型行切开复位、捆扎带固定术,B2型在骨折复位捆扎带固定后行假体翻修术。结果:l2例术后随访3个月～6年,平均15.3个月,骨折均愈合,骨性愈合时间10～20周,平均16周,关节功能评价良好。结论:捆扎带治疗Vancouver B1、B2型股骨假体周围骨折,手术简单、创伤小、固定有效,术后恢复和骨折愈合快。
