摘要
用人工神经网络的方法研究着屏电子束斑与电子枪主透镜的关系 ,该方法可以避免复杂的电子光学数值计算。当网络体系建成后 ,在很短的时间内即可由已知的着屏电子束斑逆推出电子枪主透镜的结构。同时可以看出在较好的选取学习样本的情况下 ,人工神经网络是求解电子光学系统逆设计的一个行之有效的方法。
Artificial neural network is used in the inverse design of the electron gun.The relationship between electron beam spot and the structure of the main lens is studied.According to the requirement of the spot on the screen,the structure of the main lens can be obtained through this network in a short time.The complex electron optic calculation can,thus,be avoided.The results show that the artificial neural network method is an effective tool to solve the inverse designing problems in the electron optic system.
