摘要
分析了新加坡职业教育迅速发展的原因是得益于政府政策支持、灵活的课程设置、突出实践的培养模式、注重师资素质提升等．而我国职业教育的发展可以借鉴新加坡的成功经验，通过政府加大投入、加强师资培i）ll、注重学生素质提升、强化校企合作等方式不断提高我国职业教育的水平．
This article analyzes that the reasons of the rapid development of vocational education in Singapore are from the government policy support, the flexible curriculum, the training mode of prominent practice, the improve- ment of teacher quality, and so on. The development of vocational education in our country can learn from the suc- cessful experience of Singapore. We can continuously improve our vocational education level by many kinds of methods such as increasing the government investment, strengthening the teachers＂ training, focusing on the students＂ quality improvement, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
