摘要
维护少数民族成员的群内社会认同与塑造群外社会认同,是实现民族认同与国家认同和谐共存的实践路径。本文以天津市T社区为例,从社会保障的优先照顾、社区帮扶活动、社区文化建设等方面,分别探讨少数民族成员组织认同、情感认同、社区身份认同等群外社会认同的产生过程。作者认为,解决少数民族成员在日常生活中面临的诸多问题,能促进群外社会认同得以延续,并以此提升其实践形态的国家认同。
It is a practical path to achieve harmonious coexistence between ethnic identity and national identity through ensuring ethnic group member＇ s inner - group social identity and producing its outer - group social identity at present. Based on the case study of the T community in Tianjin City, this paper ap proaches the process of the formation of outer - group social identities of members of ethnic groups in the light of organization, emotion, community etc. in terms of social security＇ s priority, assistance work, and cultural construction within the community. The author argues that solving problems encountering by indi vidual member of ethnic group can create outer - group social identity so as to enhance the practical modali ty of national identity.
