摘要
针对混凝土构件普遍存在裂缝的问题,通过室内模型试验对超声波平测法检测裂缝深度的可靠性进行研究.结果表明,超声波单面平测法测试裂缝深度是有效可行的,测试结果均在可信范围内,虽然混凝土构件裂缝的含水及杂物情况、裂缝的形状及非对称布点测试方法等对裂缝深度测试有一定的影响,但相对误差满足工程测试要求;研究也证明采用换能器中心控制距离可以获得更精确的测试数据.
For the cracks are common exist in concrete structure,the laboratory experiment were made to research the reliability for the single plane detecting of ultrasonic wave for the crack depth.The results show that the single plane detecting of ultrasonic wave is the effective method for the cracks depth testing and the test results are credible.Though the containing water and impurities in the cracks,the cracks shape and the asymmetric test method influence the test results,the relative errors meet engineering requirements.The results show that the accuracy test data can be obtained by controlling the center distance of the transducer.
