摘要
目的：研究集束化护理对重症颅脑损伤患者预防留置尿管相关感染（CAUTI）的效果,探讨行留置尿管的管理方法。方法：选择ICU 205例重症颅脑损伤需要留置尿管患者为研究对象,将2011年1~12月采用传统护理方法的患者100例作为对照组,2012年1~12月采用集束化护理方法护理的105例患者作为观察组,比较两组发生尿路感染率、留置尿管时间、住院时间、住院费用。结果：集束化护理组CAUTI率、留置尿管时间、住院时间住院费用明显低于对照组。结论：集束化护理能有效预防重症颅脑损伤患者CAUTI的发生。
Objective： To study the cluster the nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral injury prevention related to placing a urinary catheter infection（ CAUTI）,to explore a feasible management method of placing a urinary catheter. Methods： Chose 205 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients in ICU as the research object,Chose 100 cases with traditional nursing methods from Jan. to Dec. in 2011 as control group,105 cases with bundle nursing method from Jan. to Dec. in 2012 as the observation group,compared two groups of urinary tract infection,indwelling catheter time,hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization. Results： The bundle nursing group CAUTI rate,indwelling catheter time,hospitalization time and hospital costs were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion： The cluster of nursing can effectively prevent the happening of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury CAUTI.
