摘要
目的:研究胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGFA)、VEGFB及其受体(VEGFR1)的表达量与临床病理分期的相关性。方法:选择胃癌患者作为研究对象并分为TNMⅠ、TNMⅡ、TNMⅢ及TNMⅣ期4组,收集胃癌组织并检测VEGFA、VEGFB及VEGFR1的mRNA和蛋白含量。结果:胃癌组织中VEGFA、VEGFB及VEGFR1的蛋白和mRNA含量均呈现出TNMⅠ高于TNMⅡ、TNMⅢ和TNMⅣ期,且与TNM分期呈正相关关系。结论:TNM分期越好、VEGFA、VEGFB及VEGFR1的表达量越低、肿瘤侵袭程度越弱。
Objective：To study the expression of VEGFA, VEGFB and its receptor VEGFR1 in gastric cancer tissues and the correlation with clinical pathological stage. Methods： the gastric cancer patients were collected as research subjects and divided into the TNMⅠ, TNMⅡ, TNMⅢ, TNMⅣgroup according to clinical pathological stage. Then gastric cancer tissues were collected and mRNA and protein level of VEGFA, VEGFB and its receptor VEGFR1 were detected. Results：the protein and mRNA level of VEGFA, VEGFB, VEGFR1 in gastric cancer tissue showed TNMⅠ hyper TNMⅡ, TNMⅢ and TNM Ⅳ, and were positively correlated with TNM stage. Conclusion：As TNM stage getting better, the expression of VEGFA, VEGFB, VEGFR1 are lower and invasion of tumor are weaker.
