摘要
目的:对超声仪车架进行改良,组配成为便捷、高效的麻醉科便携式超声仪移动车,提高临床超声引导操作的便捷性及工作效率。方法:结合便携式超声仪在麻醉科日常工作中的实际应用,添加电源插座及安全锁,将常用耗材分类置放于自制的储物架,从而组配成便携式超声仪移动车。结果:经过改良的便携式超声仪移动车整洁大方,物品分布合理,用品放置一目了然,便于清洁管理。结论:车架改良后方便了耗品的存取及管理,提高了操作的便捷性和工作效率,值得临床推广。
Objective： To improve the efficacy of portable ultrasound device in department of anaesthesia, make it easily maintenance, more available and conveniently management, reforming the original supporter of portable ultrasound device. Methods： According with practical application in daily work of portable ultrasound device in department of anesthesiology, the power socket and the safety lock were added, and the commonly used material were classified in storage. Results：The improved supporter was neat and easy to clean. The medical material and goods were placed rationally and distributed clearly. Conclusion： The modified portable ultrasound device was easy to use, making it more convenience and comfort for clinical use, it is helpful to improve the working efficiency and worth spreading.
