摘要
以某汽车制造企业为研究对象,在该企业战略采购流程下的供应商开发流程基础上,利用多色集合理论对供应商进行初选,然后对供应商进一步进行评价,最后根据供应商评价结果,进行供应商级别调整和供货配比。该案例分析在多色集合的理论应用于实际方面做出了有益的探索,为企业信息化管理中实施战略采购提供了有效的方法。
With an automobile manufacturer as the target of research, and on the basis of supplier develop- ment flow under its strategic purchase flow, the article makes the preliminary selection of suppliers through the polychromatic sets theory, then makes further evaluation on suppliers, and finally adjusts sup- plier grade and supply matching according to supplier evaluation results. The case makes the favorable ex- ploration into the actual application of the polychromatic sets theory and offers the effective method of stra- tegic purchase in enterprise computerized management.
