红色长余辉材料CBC∶Eu,Bi的制备及发光特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温固相法在还原气氛下合成了CaCO3-B2O3-CaCl2(CBC)基质双掺铕(Eu)和铋(Bi)红色长余辉发光材料.利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、荧光光谱及余辉衰减曲线对材料的形貌、结构、光谱特性及余辉特性进行了研究.研究发现:该长余辉材料经过紫外灯照射后,能观察到较长时间的红色长余辉发光.通过荧光光谱分析,在284nm和463nm波长激发下,产生了峰值波长631nm的Eu2+离子宽带(4f65d1→4f7)跃迁峰;在254nm和394nm激发下,除了有上述跃迁之外,还出现了Eu3+离子的5 D0-7FJ(J=1,2,3,4)跃迁. Novel red long persistent phosphors of CaCO3-B2O3-CaCl2(CBC): Eu, Bi have been synthesized at high temperature of slide-state and weak reductive atmosphere. The prepared CBC : Eu, Bi phosphor was characterized with scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, photoluminescence and afterglow decay curve. The long persistent phosphor emits intense red long-lasting phosphorescence for a longer time after irradiation by UV light. By the luminescence spectra analysis, the long persistent phosphor emission spectrum shows a red broader emission peak at 631 nm that attributed to Eu2+ ions transition from 4f^65d^1→4f^7 when excited by 284 nm and 463 nm; there are some red sharp emission peaks which belong to Eu3+ ions transition from ^5D0-7Fj(J=1,2,3,4) besides above-mentioned transition.
