摘要
目的观察伴有切口线结反应颅骨修补的治疗效果。方法我科自2010年2月～2012年12月共收治23例伴有切口线结反应的颅骨修补患者，随访半年，观察其早期手术治疗效果。结果23例患者切口愈合良好出院，其中22例未再发现线结反应，1例在术后1个月发现2处线结反应，经清除线结并连续换药后愈合良好，无感染。结论伴有切口线结反应的颅骨修补手术，只要术前、术中及术后处理得当，早期实施手术同样可以取得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of cranioplasty for patients with suture reaction. Methods The effect of early surgical treatment of cranioplasty was observed in 23 patients with suture reaction from February 2010 to December 2012 in our department. They were followed up for 6 months. Results The incisions of the 23 patients were all healed. Only two sites of suture reaction were found in 1 patient 1 month after surgery. After line knot clearing and continuous dressing change, the patient was cured. No one was infected. Conclusion With proper preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative handling, the early implementation of cranioplasty can also achieve good effect in patients with suture reaction.
