摘要
利用室温拉伸和冲击试验测试了X80管线钢与轧向呈0°、45°和90°方向的力学性能,并借助SEM与EBSD技术分析了晶粒有效尺寸和晶界取向差对管线钢各向异性的影响。研究表明,与轧向呈90°方向具有最小的晶粒尺寸和最少的小角度晶界,使其强度和冲击韧性均要优于0°和45°方向;较小的晶粒尺寸、较多的大角度晶界和较少的小角度晶界能抑制裂纹扩展,提高冲击韧性。
The mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steels at 0°, 45°, 90° to the rolling direction were observed by tensile and impact testing at room temperature. Meanwhile, the effects of grain size and misorientation on the anisotropy of the steel were studied by SEM and EBSD. The results show that, the strength and impact toughness of the pipeline steel at 90° direction are strongly better than those at 0° and 45°direction because of the finest grain size and the least low-angle grain boundaries. When the steel has finer grain size, bigger amounts of high-angle grain boundaries, and a little low-angle grain boundaries, the crack propagation is effectively suppressed and the impact toughness is improved.
