摘要
在分析亚共晶高硼白口铸铁硬质相特征的基础上,指出含硼硬质相是其具有高硬度与良好耐磨性的主要原因,但含硼硬质相呈连续网状分布导致其韧性偏低。提高亚共晶高硼白口铸铁韧性的根本途径是改变含硼硬质相的形貌分布特征。介绍了提高亚共晶高硼白口铸铁性能的方法及最新研究进展,提出了进一步改善合金性能的途径。
Based on the analysis of characteristics of hard phases in hypoeutectic high boron white cast iron,it is found that the high hardness and wear resistance of the alloy is due to the hard phase containing boron.However,the hard phases presents continuous network distribution,which can lead to low toughness of the alloy.The way for improving alloy toughness is to modify the distribution of the hard phase.The methods for improving the alloy’s performance and latest research progress were introduced.The idea which can improve the alloy performance is put forward.
