摘要
目的:对复方丹参滴丸、麝香保心丸及速效救心丸治疗稳定型冠心病心绞痛进行成本-效果分析,为临床医师用药选择提供参考。方法:选择96例明确诊断的稳定型冠心病心绞痛患者,分为三组,每组32例。分别给予复方丹参滴丸、麝香保心丸及速效救心丸治疗。治疗28 d后评价其临床症状改善情况,并行成本-效果分析。结果:复方丹参滴丸组有效率为90.61%,麝香保心丸组有效率为81.25%,速效救心丸组有效率为84.38%,三组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。复方丹参滴丸组、麝香保心丸组和速效救心丸组的C/E分别为1.65、1.28和1.44。以麝香保心丸组(最低成本)为参照,复方丹参滴丸组及速效救心丸组与之对比ΔC/ΔE分别为4.84及5.69。结论:三种方案缓解心绞痛症状有效率无差异,但从疗效、成本及预后等方面综合考虑,复方丹参滴丸具有优势。
Objective： To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Compound danshen dripping pills, Heart pill of musk and Suxiao jiuxin pills in the treatment of stable angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease （ CHD ） .Method： 96 CHD patients with stable angina pectoris were equally divided into 3 groups （ 32 cases of each group ） ： the patients in group A were treated with Compound danshen dripping pills, the patients in group B were treated with Heart pill of musk and group C were treated with Suxiao jiuxin pills. The clinic curative effects were observed and the cost-effectiveness analyses of the 3 groups were conducted as well 4 weeks later. Result： The effective rate of group A was 90.61%, it was 81.25% in group B and it was 84.38% in group C. There was no statistically difference among the 3 group （ P〉0.05 ） . The cost-effectiv eness ratios were 1.65, 1.28 and 1.44 respectively.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of gr oup A and C were 4.84 and 5.69 respectively as against group A. Conclusion： Compound danshen dripping pills （ group A ） is the preferred therapy for stable angina pectoris caused by CHD.
